Dr. Grant Hunsicker's roots run deep in Northeast Ohio. Raised in Akron, he graduated from Walsh Jesuit High School in 2004. He then headed to Purdue University and received his undergraduate degree in 2008. In 2012, Dr. Hunsicker earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After a general practice residency at Mercy Medical Center in Canton, he opened his practice in Tallmadge in 2013. He's been providing excellent dentistry there ever since.

Dr. Hunsicker's curiosity for the field has never slowed down. He's completed advanced training in cosmetic and sleep dentistry, and in 2021, he completed a surgical externship at the Midwest Implant Institute in Columbus. Dr. Hunsicker is now a lead instructor at the Center at Dental Ceramics in Richfield, Ohio, a respected training facility. He enjoys passing along his knowledge of esthetic techniques to dentists eager to help their own patients smile with confidence.

Outside the office, Dr. Hunsicker loves spending time with his wife, Courtney, and their four beautiful children: Lila (2014), Lucy (2016), Luke (2019), and Leena (2022). Coming home to practice near the community where he grew up means a great deal to him, and he cherishes time spent with family and friends. Trail running and yoga keep help keep him healthy. In 2020, he and Courtney co-founded Virtual Training Manual (VTM), an app built to help dental teams across the country train their staff and better serve their patients.
